Keys and ranks can also be earned for free through frequent Events, Giveaways, and in-game mechanics.

All purchases from our store are final. Refunds will only be issued if a mutual agreement is reached between the customer and the Admin Team. Attempting chargebacks will result in a Permanent Ban across all servers, including Discord. We do not reimburse players who have purchased items or packages and are later banned or punished on the SMP for breaking server rules.

You must be 18 or older to make purchases, or have explicit permission from a legal parent or guardian. Please ensure your Minecraft username is entered correctly when making a purchase, as mistakes are your responsibility. If an issue occurs, open a support ticket on Discord, and we will do our best to assist you.

Package contents may change as the server progresses, and refunds will not be issued for alterations after a purchase is completed. Items purchased with real money cannot be used for in-game trading under any circumstances.

Payments may take up to 15 minutes to process, although in most cases processing is instant.
